MenuRelay provides professional services that involve time, analysis, and labor.
 

One-Time Services

Payments for one-time services (such as audits or setup work) are non-refundable once work has begun.

Subscriptions / Ongoing Services

For recurring services:

• Clients may cancel future billing according to the terms agreed upon

• Charges already incurred for completed work are non-refundable

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at MenuRelay’s discretion in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.
